Wheelchair access

At present, all the animal houses and refreshment areas are accessible to wheelchair users. For the Primate House, please use a lifting platform.

Borrow a wheelchair

The option exists for disabled visitors and senior citizens to borrow a wheelchair (free of any charge, ID card number required). These are available at the entrance to the Zoo. Booking is recommended in advance of a visit. Please call: + 420 596 241 269.

There are a number of touchable elements with labels in Braille for blind or visually impaired visitors.
